DAYVILLE-The Salvation Army is set to open a new Family Center Store on Monday, March 6th at 730 Hartford Turnpike in Dayville, next to Planet Fitness. The store will open its doors for the first time at 9 AM and welcome shoppers with amazing deals on quality merchandise. This store will feature the “Redeemed Boutique” with luxury designer clothing brands and antiques.
The Dayville Family Store will be replacing the previous store located at 570 Providence Turnpike in Brooklyn. The new store is designed to improve the shopping experience for its customers and includes 20,000 square feet of exciting shopping space. Shoppers will enjoy value, premium and designer clothing brands at a fraction of retail prices. The new store location will provide customers with an extraordinary shopping experience, and unique merchandise. The Salvation Army Family Store in Dayville will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM. Donations of clothing, household items and small furniture will be accepted only during business hours via the back door, behind the Planet Fitness. Tax receipts will be provided on-the-spot for any donations. We encourage all our customers to donate clothing and goods directly to the store.
Captain Leo Lloyd, Jr., who oversees The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Hartford said, “Our new Family Store will offer a one-of-a kind shopping experience with customer-friendly options like never before, and we hope to revolutionize the way customers shop our locations.” The Salvation Army Family Store in Dayville funds the Adult Rehabilitation Center in Hartford that helps people with substance abuse issues fight their addiction.
